Rules and Regulations. (a) The Attorney General may prescribe such rules and regulations as the Attorney General may deem advisable concerning the appointment and duties of notaries public and the administration of this chapter. (b) The Attorney General shall file a copy of such rules and regulations with the clerk of the Commonwealth Superior Court. Source: 31 TTC § 202; repealed and reenacted by PL 14-52, § 2 (3312). Commission Comment: Section 4 of PL 6-25, the “Commonwealth Judicial Reorganization Act of 1989,” provides that “[w]herever the term ‘Commonwealth Trial Court’ appears in the Commonwealth Code, it is henceforth to be interpreted and understood to refer to the Commonwealth Superior Court.”
