Exemptions

Exemptions. Nothing in this article shall apply to: (a) Actions or transactions carried out by the Commonwealth government, any branch thereof or any other governmental agency; or (b) Actions or transactions carried out by any person in the communication media, including any television or radio station or any publisher of a newspaper, magazine, or other publication, which broadcasts or publishes an advertisement without knowledge of its false, deceptive or misleading character.
