Source: 33 TTC § 306. Commission Comment: 33 TTC § 306(3) was dependent upon sections of title 33 of the Trust Territory Code that were repealed by the Commonwealth Legislature; see PL 3-11, § 103(a). Accordingly, the Commission deleted that subsection. Section 4 of PL 6-25, the “Commonwealth Judicial Reorganization Act of 1989,” provides that “[w]herever the term ‘Commonwealth Trial Court’ appears in the Commonwealth Code, it is henceforth to be interpreted and understood to refer to the Commonwealth Superior Court.”
