Director of Banking

Director of Banking. (a) For the purpose of this division, the Director of Commerce and Labor shall serve as the Director of Banking. (b) The director may delegate to any officer or employee of the department any of the director’s ministerial powers and duties. (c) The director shall provide as the director deems necessary and sufficient for the bonding of any officers or employees handling money or securities in the course of their employment.
