Revocation of Licenses: Hearings. The director shall conduct hearings pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act (1 CMC § 9101 et seq.), prior to ordering any action under 4 CMC § 6110 where the legal rights, duties, or privileges of specific banks are conditioned, limited, suspended or revoked.
