Application of Chapter

Application of Chapter. This chapter applies to all forms of insurance on risks or operations in the Commonwealth, including health insurance, except: (a) Reinsurance, as defined in 4 CMC § 7507, other than joint reinsurance to the extent stated in 4 CMC § 7626; (b) Insurance against loss of, or damage to, aircraft, including accessories and equipment, or against liability arising out of ownership, maintenance or use of aircraft; (c) Wet marine and transportation insurance; (d) Life insurance; or (e) Surplus lines insurance.
