CUC Power Privatization. The Commonwealth Utilities Corporation shall comply with the provisions of 4 CMC §§ 8521-8573 and any development to privatize the power division of the Commonwealth Utilities Corporation shall be consistent with and subject to the provisions of 4 CMC §§ 8521-8573.
