Conflicts of Interest. No member of the Board, officer, counsel, agent, or employee of the Corporation shall in any manner, directly or indirectly, participate in the determination of any question affecting his personal interest or the interests of any enterprise in which he or his immediate family member is directly or indirectly interested.
