Disability Benefits: Time for Commencement, Maximum Amount. (a) If an injury causes disability, a disability benefit payment shall be made for one week in advance on the fourth day after the date of disability. (b) Disability benefits shall not exceed $140 per week. Source: PL 6-33, § 1 (§ 9306).
