Guardian for Minor or Incompetent

Guardian for Minor or Incompetent. The administrator may require the appointment of a guardian or any other representative, by a court of competent jurisdiction, for any person who is mentally incompetent or a minor. The guardian or representative shall receive the disability benefits payable to such person under this chapter and shall exercise the powers granted to, or perform the duties required of, such person under this chapter.
