Eligibility

Eligibility. An apprentice must: (a) Be a paid employee of RAP Sponsor. To qualify as an apprentice, an individual must have an established and documented employment history with the employer for three months or more; (b) Be a citizen or non-citizen authorized to work in the United States; (c) Be at least 16 years of age or older; and (d) Agree to the terms and conditions of the Program and § 9909 of this Article.
