§ 4103. Representative to the United States: Compensation and Expenses. [repealed by PL 16-13] Source: N.M.I. Const. art. V, § 5; PL 3-92, § 3, modified; amended by PL 4-32, §§ 3, 5; PL 7-31, § 3; repealed by Public Law 16-13 § 3(a). Commission Comment: The salary increase specified in PL 7-31, § 3 (included in the January 1997 code revision, rectifying an earlier omission) took effect in January 1994. The Representative’s salary has increased as follows: PL 3-92, § 3 (effective January 7, 1984) specified a salary of $27,000; PL 4-32, § 3 (effective January 13, 1986) specified a salary of $40,000, and PL 4-32, § 5 (effective April 1, 1985) specified the expense allowance of up to $30,000. Public Law 16-13 § 3(a), which took effect on August 25, 2008, repealed Division 4 of Title 1 of the Commonwealth Code in its entirety.
