§ 4136. Fees. The Director of Public Works shall establish such fees as is necessary to cover the cost of issuance of the permit and the supervision of the repair to the road as required to this article. All fees collected for the permit shall be deposited into the Commonwealth General Fund. Source: PL 5-41, § 6.
