§ 4148. Conflict With Other Laws. If the provisions of this article are in conflict or inconsistent with the provisions of any other law, or regulation or rule promulgated thereunder, then the provisions of this article shall control. Any law, regulation or rule that is in conflict or inconsistent with the provisions of this article is hereby amended and superseded to conform with the intent and purpose of this article.
