§ 4211. Short Title. This chapter may be cited as the Land Commission Act of 1983. Source: PL 3-79, § 1. Commission Comment: PL 3-79 took effect October 1, 1983. PL 3-79, § 21 repealed 67 TTC §§ 101-120. With respect to the reference to the “Land Commission,” see Executive Order 94-3 (effective August 23, 1994), reorganizing the executive branch, changing agency names and official titles, and effecting other changes, set forth in the Commission comment to 1 CMC § 2001; see also the comment to 2 CMC § 4212.
