§ 4221. Senior Land Commissioner. The Governor shall appoint a Senior Land Commissioner for the Land Commission with the advice and consent of the Senate who shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor for a term of six years or until the Land Commission completes it work. Any vacancy caused by death, resignation, removal, or otherwise, shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment. Source: PL 3-79, § 4.
