§ 4243. Review of Record of Adjudication by Senior Land Commissioner. Upon receipt of an adjudication from a land registration team and the record on which it is based, the Senior Land Commissioner shall review the record and: (a) If satisfied therewith, make a determination of ownership based thereon; or (b) Hold further hearings personally with the assistance of counsel from the office of the Attorney General and then make a determination of ownership based on the record and the further information obtained by the Senior Land Commissioner.
