§ 4268. Evidentiary Effect of Copy of Filed Document. A certificate attached to a copy of a document filed by the Registrar of Corporations, bearing his or her signature (which may be a facsimile) and the seal of the Commonwealth, is conclusive evidence that the original is on file with the Registrar of Corporations.
