§ 4286. Distribution of Funds. Funds collected by this Act shall be allotted as follows: (a) Ninety percent shall be allotted to the Board of Parole to defray supervision costs, rehabilitation and other costs associated in enforcing and strengthening the parole conditions. Ten percent shall be allotted to the Department of Finance to defray the costs of administering the special account. Source: PL 14-33, § 8, modified.
