§ 4294. Adult Diversion Program: General Provisions. There is hereby established an Adult Diversion Program, to be administered by the Commonwealth Superior Court’s Office of Probation. The Office of Probation shall promulgate guidelines, program rules and regulations, in accordance with this Act and other applicable law, in order to effect the purposes of the Act, as defined above. The Office of Adult Probation is authorized to establish and collect fees associated with the supervision of the participant and the administration of the Program.
