§ 43105. Eligibility to Homestead. In addition to those requirements set forth in section 4389,* eligibility to enter upon or acquire rights to public land under this article shall also be determined in accordance with 2 CMC § 4303. Therefore, the Commission did not change “section 4389" because the proper code section number could not be determined. The Commission changed “this Act” to “this article” pursuant to 1 CMC § 3806(d).
