§ 4326. Homestead Laws Still in Effect. The waiver authorization provided for in 2 CMC § 4323 applies only to persons eligible to acquire title under the provisions of 2 CMC § 4324. All other persons seeking to acquire title to land under homestead permits shall comply with applicable law, and the Marianas Public Land Corporation shall adhere to all applicable laws of the Commonwealth in administering homesteading programs.
