§ 4373. Designation of Agricultural Homestead Areas. DPL shall designate public lands in the First, Second, and Third Senatorial Districts that are suitable for agricultural homestead purposes, which are not required for government use or reserved for other purposes as may be included in the DPL Land Use Plan.
