§ 44104. Rules, Regulations and Limitations. NMHC shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations with regard to implementing the Mortgage Credit Certificate Program and NMHC’s participation with any financial institution, currently licensed and actively doing business in the CNMI. The rules shall include NMHC’s requirements, including but not limited to qualifying applicants for the Mortgage Credit Certificate Program. Source: PL 12-68, § 5.
