§ 4423. Board of Directors: Chairman; Other Officers. The Governor shall name one of the directors as chairman of the board. The board shall elect from among its members a vice-chairman, a secretary, and a treasurer; and any member may hold two of these positions. In the absence of the chairman, the vice-chairman shall preside; in the absence of both the chairman and vice-chairman, the secretary shall preside. Source: DL 5-67, § 4-1.
