§ 4434. NMHC: Expenditure Authority. Funds in the form of annual contributions to be paid by the U.S. Department of Housing and Development to NMHC as rental subsidy for the 34 housing units to be constructed pursuant to the appropriation set out in PL 3-3, § 1(A) shall be retained by NMHC to defray the cost of the administration of the program, repairs, maintenance, replacement of equipment pertinent to the units, and other related expenses or obligations of the NMHC in the development of housing programs for low and moderate income families in the Northern Mariana Islands. No later than three months after the closing of each fiscal year, NMHC shall report to the Governor and the legislature in detail on the use of the funds.
