§ 4541. Redemption. All real property sold upon foreclosure of a mortgage by order, judgment, or decree of court may be redeemed pursuant to this article at any time, within 12 months after the date of the sale by the judgment debtor or a successor in interest; provided, however, that the judgment debtor or the successor in interest redeems all of the property as sold.
