§ 4615. Validity Against Subsequent Purchasers; Recording Required. A deed of trust and any instruments concerning the same shall not be valid against subsequent purchasers and persons taking an interest in the real estate in good faith and for valuable consideration without notice of the deed of trust or an interest in the same unless the deed of trust and any instrument relating to it is first duly recorded.
