§ 4624. Power of Sale; Notice. Any required notice is deemed delivered if sent by registered or certified mail with proper postage thereon, to the trustor or the trustor’s successor in interest, at the address set forth in the deed of trust instrument, or if personally delivered to the trustor or his or her successor in interest, or to the trustor’s agent as may be designated in the deed of trust instrument.
