§ 4625. Power of Sale; Publication. Prior to the date of sale, the trustee shall: (a) Publish a notice of sale by power of sale at least once a week for three weeks prior to the date of sale, in a newspaper of general circulation in the Commonwealth; (b) Post such notice for three weeks prior to the date of the sale in three public places in the community or district where the property is to be sold; and (c) Post a copy of the notice in a conspicuous place on the property to be sold, at least 20 days prior to the date of the sale.
