§ 4629. Recitals. A recital in a deed, executed pursuant to the power of sale regarding the filing of notice, personal advice and mailing of copies of the notice of default, is prima facie evidence of compliance with the requirements of this article, and shall be conclusive evidence thereof in favor of bona fide purchasers for value and without notice.
