§ 4630. Power of Sale: Redemption Rights by Trustor; Purchase by Trustee. (a) A sale made pursuant to this article by the exercise of the private power of sale shall divest the trustor of any equity or right of redemption in the property. (b) The trustee may be the purchaser at any public sale provided that there are no other purchasers at the public sale, or that the trustee is the highest purchaser at the sale.
