§ 4631. Duties of Trustee. (a) The trustee shall be in all respects a fiduciary with respect to the property, for the benefit of the beneficiary, and shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the deed of trust instrument. (b) The duties of the trustee shall be as set forth in the deed of trust instrument provided the terms and conditions are not in conflict with the provisions of this chapter.
