§ 4633. Discharge or Release of Deed of Trust. A deed of trust shall be discharged or released by recording an instrument signed by the trustee, and properly acknowledged, stating that the debt secured by the deed of trust has been fully paid and satisfied. Upon such discharge, the trustee shall execute a deed conveying full title to the trustor. Source: DL 5-42, § 22.
