§ 4637. Conflict with Other Laws. (a) If the provisions of this chapter are in conflict or inconsistent with the provisions of any other law, then the provisions of this chapter shall control. (b) Any law that is in conflict with this chapter is hereby amended. (c) American case law shall be used for the interpretation of the provisions of this chapter and its application.
