§ 4647. Registered Office and Registered Agent of Foreign Corporation. Each foreign corporation authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth must continuously maintain in the Commonwealth: (a) A registered office that may be the same as any of its places of business; and (b) A registered agent, who may be: (1) An individual who resides in the Commonwealth and whose business office is identical with the registered office; (2) A domestic corporation or not-for-profit domestic corporation whose business office is identical with the registered office; or (3) A foreign corporation or foreign not-for-profit corporation authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth whose business office is identical with the registered office.
