§ 4823. Review Board: Tenure, Compensation, Quorum. (a) The appointed members of the review board shall serve for four years; provided, that of the members first appointed, two shall serve for one year, one shall serve for two years, one shall serve for three years, and one shall serve for four years. (b) Members of the review board shall serve without compensation but shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties. Members traveling on official business shall receive per diem compensation at established Commonwealth government rates. (c) Five members of the review board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of its official business. Source: PL 3-39, § 8; amended by PL 10-71, § 2.
