§ 4933. Benefits. Except as otherwise provided by a memorandum or other agreement between the Commonwealth and the foreign country that issued a passport to the foreign national worker, employers may but are not required to provide housing, food, transportation, and other benefits beyond the optional medical insurance coverage under 3 CMC § 4932; and foreign national workers may not be required by an employer to utilize housing, food, transportation, or other benefits beyond the optional medical insurance coverage under 3 CMC § 4932.
