§ 4969. Statistical Data. (a) The Secretary shall maintain statistical data with respect to the number of foreign national workers employed in each of the relevant NAICS categories. (b) The Secretary shall describe any special definitions used in these regards to account for all employment of foreign national workers within the enumerated categories. Commission Comment: The Commission changed the semi-colon at the end of subsection (a) to a period to correct a manifest error pursuant to 1 CMC § 3806(g). *PL 17-1 (enacted on March 22, 2010) contained the following effective date provision: Section 12. Effective date. This Act shall take effect upon its approval by the Governor or becoming law without such approval and shall be retroactive to November 28, 2009 except as otherwise specifically provided herein.
