§ 50141. Department of Commerce Disapproval of License Applications. The Department of Commerce may disapprove an application for a license, upon findings, through adequate investigation, that such refusal is in the public interest. Where an application for license has been denied pursuant to this section, the person aggrieved by such a denial shall be entitled to a review of the decision pursuant to the procedures established under the Administrative Procedures Act, 1 CMC §§ 9108 to 9115.
