§ 50217. Recommendations. All recommendations of the Commonwealth Economic Development Authority Board for modification, revocation or suspension of Qualifying Certificates shall be forwarded to the Governor of the Commonwealth, together with a memorandum of the Commonwealth Economic Development Authority’s finding in support of its recommendations. Any recommendation of the Commonwealth Economic Development Authority Board not approved by the Governor within forty-five calendar days shall be deemed disapproved on the forty-sixth day following such receipt.
