§ 50223. Implementation by the Director of Revenue and Taxation and Commonwealth Economic Development Authority Board. The Director of Revenue and Taxation and Commonwealth Economic Development Authority Board are hereby authorized to issue such rules and regulations as they may deem reasonably related and necessary to implement the provisions of this Chapter.
