§ 51120. Commonwealth Economic Incentive Authority. There is in the Commonwealth government a public corporation called the Commonwealth Economic Incentive Authority to be governed by a Board of Directors. Its functions are governmental and public and it may sue and be sued in its own name. The Authority shall prepare an annual budget to be submitted to the Governor, and approved by the Commonwealth Legislature. In the absence of a budgetary appropriation, the Governor is authorized to reprogram such unexpended funds as may be available in the general fund, to fund the operations of the Authority.
