§ 51510. Bureau of Motor Vehicles: Adoption of Regulations to Ensure Compliance with Laws Relating to Processing of Liens. The Bureau of Motor Vehicles may adopt such regulations as it deems necessary to ensure compliance with all applicable laws relating to the processing of liens for storing, maintaining, keeping or repairing vehicles required to be registered with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
