§ 51513. Lienholder’s Right Not Lost when Motor Vehicle, Heavy Equipment Vehicle, Motor Bus, Motor Carrier, Motorcycle, Moped, Motor Scooter, Motor Equipment, or Trailer Removed from his Control. Any person who acquires a lien pursuant to 4 CMC § 51511 does not lose the lien by allowing the motor vehicle, heavy equipment vehicle, motor bus, motor carrier, motorcycle, moped, motor scooter, motor equipment, or trailer to be removed from control of the person having the lien.
