§ 51532. Penalty for Incurring Bill Without Authority or by Misrepresentation. A person who incurs a bill upon a vessel without the authority of the owner thereof, or by misrepresentation, is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment of not more than one year or a fine of not more than $500, or both.
