§ 51555. Foreclosure of Lien. (a) The lien described in 4 CMC § 51549 may be foreclosed by a lawsuit in the CNMI Superior Court. (b) In any suit brought pursuant to the provisions of this article, upon entering a decree for the plaintiff the court shall allow as part of the costs and disbursements all moneys paid for the filing and recording of the notice of lien and reasonable attorney’s fees.
