§ 51563. Foreclosure of Lien. The Secretary may, to the extent not prohibited by 42 U.S.C. § 1396b, foreclose upon a lien for money owed to the Department of Public Health as a result of the payment of benefits for Medicaid by action in the CNMI Superior Court in the same manner as for foreclosure of any other lien.
