§ 51564. Liens on Casino Gaming Machines. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, no person may obtain a lien or security interest of any kind on any machine or part thereof which is regulated by the Commonwealth Casino Commission unless that person first obtains permission from the Commonwealth Casino Commission and a license from the Commission prior to entering into the transaction which purports to create the security interest.
