§ 5190. Rule-making Authority. The Attorney General shall issue rules or regulations not inconsistent with this Article for the implementation, administration, and enforcement of this Article. The rules or regulations may provide for the following: (a) The content, print size, and print style of the signs and notices required by Sections 5187 and 5188. Print sizes and styles may vary from language to language. (b) Standard forms for use in the administration of this Article. (c) Any additional requirements deemed necessary.
